By accessing this website and placing an order or inquiry with us, you accept and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Custom Orders & Measurements

  • Tailored Products: All window blinds provided by Aura Blinds are customized and manufactured according to the specific window dimensions provided by or verified with the client.
  • Measurement Accuracy: If the site measurement is provided directly by the client (without our technician’s physical visit), Aura Blinds will not be held responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect sizes given by the customer.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • Price Changes: Prices and quotes provided via WhatsApp, Phone, or Site Visits are subject to confirmation based on final fabric selection, mechanism type, and window area (square footage).
  • Validity: Quotations issued to customers remain valid for 15 to 30 days from the date of issue, after which prices may vary based on material costs.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance Deposit: Since custom blinds are made-to-order, a standard advance deposit (as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation) is required to start manufacturing.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid upon installation/delivery of the product at your site.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Custom Goods Restriction: Once a custom order has been sent for fabric cutting/manufacturing, cancellations or full refunds cannot be processed, as custom-made blinds cannot be resold to other buyers.
  • Defects or Damages: If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Aura Blinds will repair or replace the damaged component free of cost upon inspection.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Estimated delivery and installation times provided by our team are approximations. While we strive to meet deadlines, slight delays due to shipping or fabric availability may occur.
  • Customers are requested to ensure safe access and electricity availability at the site during installation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, design layouts, and graphics displayed on this website are the property of Aura Blinds or used with appropriate reference. Reproduction or copying of website assets without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

Aura Blinds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
